אפליקציית Hit Head ("האפליקציה", "אנחנו") מפותחת על ידי Dan Peer ומכבדת את פרטיות המשתמשים שלה. מדיניות זו מסבירה אילו מידע אנו אוספים, כיצד אנו משתמשים בו, ואיזו שליטה יש לך עליו.

1. המידע שאנו אוספים

האפליקציה עשויה לאסוף את סוגי המידע הבאים:

• מידע חשבון גוגל: שם משתמש ותמונת פרופיל — לצורך כניסה לאפליקציה בלבד
• נתוני משחק: התקדמות, נקודות ניסיון, מטבעות והיסטוריית רכישות — נשמרים ב-Firebase
• נתוני מכשיר: סוג מכשיר, גרסת מערכת הפעלה ומזהה פרסום (Advertising ID)
• נתוני שימוש: אירועי משחק אנונימיים (התחלת משחק, ניצחון, שימוש בתכונות) — דרך Firebase Analytics
• נתוני קריסות: דוחות שגיאה אנונימיים לשיפור יציבות האפליקציה — דרך Firebase Crashlytics

אנחנו לא אוספים: מספרי טלפון, כתובות מייל, מיקום, תוכן הודעות, או מידע פיננסי.

2. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע

• לאפשר התחברות ושמירת התקדמות במשחק
• לשפר את ביצועי האפליקציה ולתקן תקלות
• להציג פרסומות רלוונטיות דרך Google AdMob
• לנתח שימוש כללי לצורך שיפור חוויית המשחק

3. שירותי צד שלישי

האפליקציה משתמשת בשירותים הבאים:

• Google Sign-In — מדיניות פרטיות של גוגל
• Firebase (Google) — Analytics, Realtime Database, Crashlytics — מדיניות פרטיות של Firebase
• Google AdMob — פרסומות — מדיניות AdMob

שירותים אלה עשויים לאסוף מידע בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.

4. פרסומות ו-GDPR

האפליקציה מציגה פרסומות דרך Google AdMob, שעשוי להשתמש במזהה הפרסום שלך (GAID) כדי להציג פרסומות מותאמות אישית. משתמשים באיחוד האירופי ובאזורים נוספים יתבקשו לתת הסכמה לפרסומות מותאמות בהתאם לתקנות GDPR. ניתן לבטל פרסום מותאם אישית בהגדרות המכשיר, תחת Google ← מודעות ← ביטול התאמה אישית של מודעות.

5. רכישות בתוך האפליקציה

האפליקציה מציעה רכישות אופציונליות (מטבעות וירטואליים, הסרת פרסומות). כל העסקאות מתבצעות דרך Google Play Store בלבד וכפופות לתנאי השימוש של Google Play. אנחנו לא שומרים מידע פיננסי.

6. התאמה לגילאים

האפליקציה מתאימה לכל הגילאים. מומלץ שמשתמשים מתחת לגיל 13 ישחקו בליווי הורים. אנחנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מילדים ללא הסכמת הורים. אם גילית שילד מסר מידע אישי, אנא צור קשר ונמחק אותו.

7. שמירת נתונים ומחיקתם

נתוני המשחק שלך נשמרים ב-Firebase ומקושרים לחשבון הגוגל שלך. כדי לבקש מחיקה של הנתונים שלך, שלח מייל ל-hithead.game@gmail.com ונמחק אותם בתוך 30 יום.

8. הזכויות שלך

באפשרותך לבקש גישה למידע האישי שלך, תיקון שלו או מחיקתו בכל עת, על ידי פנייה אלינו ישירות.

9. אבטחת מידע

אנו נוקטים באמצעים סבירים להגנה על המידע שלך. עם זאת, אין שיטת שידור דרך האינטרנט שהיא מאובטחת לחלוטין.

10. שינויים במדיניות

Hit Head ("the App", "we", "us") is developed by Dan Peer and respects the privacy of its users. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what control you have over it.

1. Information We Collect

The App may collect the following types of information:

• Google Account Info: Display name and profile picture — for login only
• Game Data: Progress, XP, coins and purchase history — stored via Firebase
• Device Data: Device type, OS version and advertising ID
• Usage Data: Anonymous game events (game start, win, feature usage) — via Firebase Analytics
• Crash Data: Anonymous error reports to improve app stability — via Firebase Crashlytics

We do NOT collect: phone numbers, email addresses, location, message content, or financial information.

2. How We Use Information

• To enable login and save game progress
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To display relevant ads via Google AdMob
• To analyze general usage for gameplay improvements

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following services:

• Google Sign-In — Google Privacy Policy
• Firebase (Google) — Analytics, Realtime Database, Crashlytics — Firebase Privacy
• Google AdMob — Advertising — AdMob Policy

These services may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Advertising & GDPR

The App displays ads via Google AdMob, which may use your Advertising ID (GAID) to show personalized ads. Users in the EU and other regions will be asked for consent for personalized advertising in accordance with GDPR. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional purchases (virtual coins, ad removal). All transactions are processed exclusively through the Google Play Store and are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. We do not store financial information.

6. Age Suitability

The App is suitable for all ages. Users under 13 should play with parental guidance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your game data is stored in Firebase and linked to your Google account. To request deletion of your data, email us at hithead.game@gmail.com and we will remove your data within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
